By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or utilizing the services provided by Valley View Pro Services, the customer (referred to as "Client") agrees to the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers:

1. Scope of Work & Estimates
All estimates provided by Valley View Gutters Cleaning are based on a visual assessment of the property's exterior, roofline, gutters, or chimney.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

If unexpected structural damage, severe rot, or hidden hazards are discovered during the performance of the service, work may be paused, and a revised estimate will be provided to the Client for approval before proceeding.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions & Property Maintenance
Valley View Gutters Cleaning is responsible solely for the professional execution of the contracted services (e.g., cleaning, guard installation, cap installation, minor repairs).

We are not liable for any pre-existing structural damage, including but not limited to: rotted fascia boards, water damage behind siding, cracked foundation concrete, rusted or improperly pitched gutters installed by prior contractors, or structural chimney decay.

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform technicians of any known structural vulnerabilities or fragile property areas prior to the start of work.

3. Water Management & Maintenance Limits
While gutter guards and professional cleanings drastically reduce the frequency of clogs and protect your home, no system is entirely maintenance-free. Extreme weather events, heavy seasonal tree shedding, or microscopic debris (such as pollen or roof shingle grit) may require occasional surface rinsing.

Valley View Gutters Cleaning guarantees the structural integrity of our custom installations, but we do not guarantee against natural overflows caused by storms that exceed the engineered capacity of standard residential gutter systems.

4. Safety & Property Access
Clients must ensure clear, safe access to the perimeter of the property, including unlocking gates and removing potential ground obstructions (such as lawn furniture, toys, or pet waste) before technicians arrive.

To ensure the safety of our team and your property, Valley View Pro Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather conditions, including high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or ice.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon the successful completion of the service.

We accept Cash, Cheques (payable to Valley View Gutters Cleaning), Zelle, and Venmo. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees.

Payment Details: We do not store financial account numbers. Payment routing through Zelle, Venmo, or Cheques is processed directly through their respective secure platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:

Schedule and deliver your service appointments (including convenient weekend scheduling).

Send text updates, service reminders, and transparent digital invoices or receipts.

Improve our service quality and maintain internal business records.

3. Absolute Data Protection & SMS Compliance
No Sharing, No Selling: We strictly never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information, phone number, or data with third-party companies or marketing agencies for promotional purposes.

SMS Privacy: Mobile information and phone numbers collected for text-message communication will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Opt-Out Anytime: If you receive text updates from us, you can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP".

4. Security of Your Images and Property Data
Any photos or drone imagery taken of your gutters, roofline, or chimney are strictly used for technical assessment, quality control, and transparency with you regarding the work done. No identifying photos of your family or sensitive property areas will ever be published without your explicit consent.
